The second brain, explained

A business has a lot to remember. Give it a brain.

AIOS is an AI Operating System for your business. It connects your working knowledge with a team of agents that can help you put it to use.

Start with what you know

One useful memory for the business.

Your processes. The documents you keep coming back to. The context behind a client conversation.

The Company Brain gives that knowledge a place to live. Your CEO Agent is the point of contact that brings it together, through questions, briefings and agreed tasks.

Access to a tool does not mean permission to make every decision.

A different way to work

The answer was always in there.

In a document. An email. Someone’s head. Your Company Brain brings that knowledge together. Choose a connection and follow it from a source to a useful answer.

Example source / Approved service guide

Routine inspections cover the listed equipment. Additional equipment needs a separate scope review.

You

Does this request fit our existing service?

Brain

Compare the request with the equipment listed in the guide. If it adds equipment, prepare a scope question for the owner before promising coverage.

↳ An answer with a source you can check.

Illustrative records and possible preparation. Your sources, permissions and available actions are agreed during setup.

Before the build

Start with your business. Build from there.

A typical plan takes around six weeks. We agree your actual schedule after the audit. It starts with a free audit: tell us where time gets lost, we look at the work with you and decide what is worth doing first, and a clear proposal sets out the scope and cost before you commit.

Choose where your brain lives

A Mac Mini on site, or a cloud setup.

On your premises

A Mac Mini at the business.

Your documents are stored and indexed on your own hardware. Hardware costs depend on the specification, current Mac prices and stock availability at quote time.

When you ask the assistant a question, relevant extracts are sent to the AI model to compose the answer. Connected services can also process information. Local storage does not mean all processing stays on site.

In the cloud

A hosted home for the brain.

A cloud setup can suit a distributed team or a business that prefers hosted infrastructure.
