THE INVESTMENT

Start with an estimate. Get a scope that fits.

The figures below are planning examples. Your written proposal confirms build, support and any hardware costs after we understand your needs, integrations and the Mac pricing and stock available at quote time.

These are indicative estimates to help you plan. Your quote depends on your business needs, agreed scope, integrations and support. Any proposed hardware is specified in the agreed quote, using current Mac prices and stock availability.

Example fit: a team of 1 to 3

Final build fees, monthly support and hardware costs are confirmed in your written proposal. Monthly support estimates exclude AI and software subscriptions and other third-party costs, which are confirmed separately. New work and additional integrations are scoped and quoted. These examples are not fixed prices or a guarantee of Mac availability.

EXPLORE THE POTENTIAL CAPACITY

What is a little more time worth?

Use your own assumptions to estimate potential time and capacity. This does not subtract an assumed support fee. Costs are quoted after scoping.

YOUR BUSINESS. YOUR ASSUMPTIONS.

What could you do
with more time?

Across your whole team, not per person.

YOUR ILLUSTRATIVE CAPACITY ESTIMATE

Estimated capacity valueR4 333 / month
Build & support costsQuoted after scoping

This is an estimate of potential capacity, not cash saved, extra revenue or a return on investment. No costs have been subtracted. Build, support and hardware costs depend on your needs, scope, integrations and current Mac prices and availability. The audit checks what is practical.

Show the calculation

20 weekly hours × 25% × 52 ÷ 12 = 21.7 monthly hours. Multiply by R200 per hour to estimate capacity value. Defaults are examples you can change, not measured client results.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Straight answers to good questions.

01

Are these fixed prices?

No. All build and monthly amounts shown are indicative estimates to help you plan. The quote depends on your needs, agreed scope, integrations and support requirements. Hardware is proposed in the quote, with Mac pricing and stock availability checked at quote time. Your written proposal confirms the actual costs before you commit.

02

What does the monthly support cover?

The support scope and monthly cost are quoted for your setup. The amounts on this website are indicative estimates, not fixed monthly fees. AI and software subscriptions and other third-party costs are excluded and confirmed separately in your proposal. Your proposal sets out the support, fixes and maintenance included, with additional work separately scoped and quoted.

03

Do I need a Mac Mini?

An on-site Mac Mini is one deployment option. A cloud setup can also suit your business. Hardware is proposed according to your agreed needs and scope. Mac prices, specifications and stock availability are checked at quote time; no hardware inclusion or price is guaranteed by these example estimates.

04

Does my data stay on my premises?

For an on-site deployment, your documents are stored and indexed on your own hardware. When you ask the assistant a question, relevant extracts are sent to the AI model to compose the answer. Connected services can also process information. We discuss this data flow and the safeguards before implementation.

05

What happens in the free audit?

You tell us how your business works and where time gets lost. We review that information with you, identify useful starting points and discuss whether a second brain is a good fit. Any further paid work is separately agreed.

06

How long does a build take?

A typical plan is around six weeks, covering the Company Brain, your CEO Agent and deployment. This is a planning guide. Access, integrations, the agreed scope and any required hardware availability determine your actual schedule.
