THE SECOND BRAIN, EXPLAINED

A business has a lot to remember. Give it a brain.

AIOS is an AI Operating System for your business. It connects your working knowledge with a team of agents that can help you put it to use.

START WITH WHAT YOU KNOW

One useful memory
for the business.

Your processes. The documents you keep coming back to. The context behind a client conversation.

The Company Brain gives that knowledge a place to live. It helps your agents find the right context, while you can check where an answer came from. Your CEO Agent is the point of contact that brings it together, through questions, briefings and agreed tasks.

Connected sources and permissions are agreed with you. Access to a tool does not mean permission to make every decision.

FROM KNOWING TO HELPING

Meet the team that works with your brain.

Each agent has a useful job. These examples show the kind of help you can build into the way your business works.

01 / YOUR SECOND BRAIN

Your day, in focus.

Start with what needs your attention. A briefing brings together the questions, tasks and changes that matter to your business.

A CONVERSATION WITH YOUR BRAINILLUSTRATIVE
What needs me this morning?

A supplier quote is ready for review. Your site checklist needs a sign-off. The customer follow-up you scheduled is due today.

Sample content. Your agents use the sources and permissions you agree.

WATCH THE BRAIN TAKE SHAPE

A foundation you can build on.

Explore the steps from connected knowledge to useful work. What you add depends on what the business needs and what you agree.

AN ILLUSTRATION, NOT MEASURED CLIENT GROWTH

First, a place for what you know.

Connect the documents, processes and business context you agree to share. That gives the brain a useful starting point.

The drawing shows how a system can develop. It does not represent client data, elapsed time or guaranteed progress.

YOUR SETUP, UNDERSTOOD

On your premises. Or in the cloud.

01 / MAC MINI

A brain at the business.

With an on-site deployment, your documents are stored and indexed on your own hardware. A suitable Mac Mini can give the system a home at your premises. Any hardware is proposed in your agreed quote, with specifications, current Mac prices and stock availability checked at quote time.

When you ask the assistant a question, relevant extracts are sent to the AI model to compose the answer. Connected services can also process information.

02 / CLOUD

A setup that fits your operation.

A cloud deployment can suit a distributed business or a team that prefers hosted infrastructure. The data location and connected services are part of the deployment decision.

We agree the tools, access, operating costs and safeguards before implementation. The audit helps establish what fits.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Understand it before you commit.

01

Are these fixed prices?

No. All build and monthly amounts shown are indicative estimates to help you plan. The quote depends on your needs, agreed scope, integrations and support requirements. Hardware is proposed in the quote, with Mac pricing and stock availability checked at quote time. Your written proposal confirms the actual costs before you commit.

02

What does the monthly support cover?

The support scope and monthly cost are quoted for your setup. The amounts on this website are indicative estimates, not fixed monthly fees. AI and software subscriptions and other third-party costs are excluded and confirmed separately in your proposal. Your proposal sets out the support, fixes and maintenance included, with additional work separately scoped and quoted.

03

Do I need a Mac Mini?

An on-site Mac Mini is one deployment option. A cloud setup can also suit your business. Hardware is proposed according to your agreed needs and scope. Mac prices, specifications and stock availability are checked at quote time; no hardware inclusion or price is guaranteed by these example estimates.

04

Does my data stay on my premises?

For an on-site deployment, your documents are stored and indexed on your own hardware. When you ask the assistant a question, relevant extracts are sent to the AI model to compose the answer. Connected services can also process information. We discuss this data flow and the safeguards before implementation.

05

What happens in the free audit?

You tell us how your business works and where time gets lost. We review that information with you, identify useful starting points and discuss whether a second brain is a good fit. Any further paid work is separately agreed.

06

How long does a build take?

A typical plan is around six weeks, covering the Company Brain, your CEO Agent and deployment. This is a planning guide. Access, integrations, the agreed scope and any required hardware availability determine your actual schedule.
