Information and examples
The website explains our services and potential ways to use a second brain in a business. Agent conversations, workflow walkthroughs and working-day scenarios are illustrative. They do not claim to be live client outputs or verified client outcomes.
The calculator uses the assumptions you enter. It estimates the value of time that could become available, not cash savings, revenue or a guaranteed return. It does not subtract build, support or hardware costs, which are quoted after scoping.
Audits and proposals
Submitting a free AI Efficiency Audit requests a review of the information you choose to provide. It does not create an obligation to buy, start a paid project or accept an implementation proposal. Further paid consulting or development is separately agreed.
All build and monthly amounts on this website are indicative estimates, not fixed prices. Monthly support estimates exclude AI and software subscriptions and other third-party costs, which are confirmed separately in your proposal. Final costs depend on your needs, agreed scope, integrations, support requirements and any hardware. Mac prices and stock availability are checked at quote time. Hardware inclusion is only confirmed in the agreed quote. The written proposal confirms the scope, costs, payment terms and schedule for your business. New builds, additional automations and feature expansions are assessed and quoted separately.

Please provide information you are authorised to share. Do not use forms to send confidential information about other people, credentials, harmful material or unsolicited marketing. Do not attempt to misuse the website or disrupt its operation.
AI-assisted work
AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Important decisions require appropriate human review and, where needed, qualified professional advice. Permissions, approval boundaries and connected services for a deployment are part of the agreed scope.
Privacy
Our Privacy and POPIA notice explains how website enquiry information and newsletter preferences are handled. Deployment data processing is considered separately for each project.
Content and availability
