For financial advisers

Annual client reviews, without the admin.

The Adviser review platform is for financial advisers. It takes the admin out of annual client reviews. Your judgement stays with you.

The problem

The advice is yours. The paperwork piles up.

Every client should be offered a review each year, and you need to be able to show that you offered it.

Most of the work is chasing and paperwork:

  • Working out which clients are due.
  • Finding their documents, spread over several platforms.
  • Sending the offer, then following up.
  • Recording a “no” or a “no reply”, so you can show it later.
  • Renewing mandates on fresh forms every 12 months.

None of this is advice. All of it takes time, and it is easy for it to slip.

How it works

Six steps, in order.

The assistant does the preparing. You do the checking, signing and sending.

  1. The register

Step 1: A register shows who is due.

One list of your clients, with each review date and where it stands. Overdue reviews stand out.

  2. The assistant

Step 2: The assistant drafts the invitation.

It drafts the review invitation from the client’s own documents, using wording your practice has approved.

  3. You

Step 3: You check it and send it.

You read the draft, change what you need and send it yourself. Nothing is sent for you.

  4. The assistant

    Step 4: Replies are tracked.

A yes, a no or no reply is recorded. A “no”, or no reply after a reminder, gets a close-out note you can file in your CRM.

  5. The assistant

Step 5: For a yes, the AI drafts the review.

It drafts the review and the renewal advice. Each product fact cites the document and page it came from. Any alternatives stay within your licensed product categories and your practice’s approved product list.

  6. You

Step 6: The client’s own adviser checks, signs and sends.

Only you, as the client’s own adviser, can sign it off. Then you send it yourself.

Safety rules

Rules that do not bend.

These are built into how the platform works, not left to good habits.

Rule 1

Nothing reaches a client unless you send it.

The assistant prepares drafts. Sending is always your own action. There is no automatic or scheduled send.

Rule 2

Only the client’s own adviser can approve.

No other adviser can sign off, and there is no owner override.

Rule 3

It runs inside your own Microsoft 365.

For advisers on Microsoft 365, it runs inside your own Microsoft 365 and Copilot. No client data comes to AIOS.Africa.

Rule 4

Every product fact shows its source.

Each fact cites the client’s own document and page. If something is not there, the draft says it is not in the documents.

Rule 5

Forms are filled fresh each year.

Mandates and forms start from a blank form every year. An old form is never re-dated.

Compliance

South African rules first.

Designed around South African rules first: FAIS, POPIA and FICA. Your compliance practitioner checks the setup before any real client records go in. We start on sample data.

Your practice stays responsible for its own compliance. The platform helps you keep the records and show the work.

Where it stands

Early access.

We are setting up the first pilot now. We are offering it first to advisers who work on Microsoft 365.

Before you ask

Straight answers, up front.

01Does the AI give financial advice?

Not by itself. It drafts the review and the renewal advice, and the client’s own adviser checks, changes and signs it. Nothing goes to a client unless that adviser sends it.

02Can we use it on real client records straight away?

Not on day one. We start on sample data, and your own compliance practitioner reviews the setup before real client records go in. You engage the practitioner yourself, and their fee is not part of our price.

03Does my client data leave my Microsoft 365?

It is set up so that it does not. For advisers on Microsoft 365, it runs inside your own Microsoft 365 and Copilot, and no client data comes to AIOS.Africa. We see only what you choose to share with us.

04What if an adviser leaves?

Their clients’ packs are paused. Nothing is signed or sent until a new adviser is assigned and checks the pack again. A sign-off that was given but not yet sent no longer counts. Review dates keep running, so the office can see what is waiting.

Ask about the adviser platform.

Tell us about your practice, and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
